1.  Update the Status List and the Purge Rules List

2.  When Adding or Updating a Cheque from the Cheques List button 
   the minimum date that can be set is 6 months in the past from today.
   No limitation for maximum date is set.

3.  "Stop Log" Report added.

4. Removed the "Print Cheques" for the Tool Bar at the top of the screen.  

5.  The "Cheque Template" button and menu item are enabled only for administrator.

6. Changed the name of the "Non-ecms ..." Report to "Returned Cheques Notice Report" 
   This report filter records with the status =  4

7. Changed the filter for "Cheque Reconciliation Report", now only records 
    with status = 3 are displayed
